Click "Create a new form" in the sidebar. Pick your industry (HVAC, Roofing, Pest Control, or Other), choose what the form is for (capture leads, get reviews, book appointments, etc.), then pick a template or generate one with AI. Your form goes live instantly with a public link you can share.

Every lead is automatically scored based on how they answered your form. HOT means high urgency, high value — call them immediately. WARM means interested but not urgent — follow up within the day. STANDARD means low urgency or low fit — add them to your list for future outreach.

Yes. Go to My Forms, find your form, and click Configure. You can update questions, answer options, scoring weights, and design from there.

Go to Bookings in the sidebar and create a booking page. Set your availability windows, add a deposit if you want one, and share the booking link. You can connect booking to your form so leads are automatically offered a time after submitting.

Go to Settings. Add your phone number under SMS Alerts to get a text the moment a hot or warm lead submits. Email notifications are also active by default — you will get an email for every new lead.
